GETTING STARTED
- Click the LOGIN button on the top left of the screen.
- Click REGISTER HERE.
- Click REQUEST EDUCATION ACCESS button.
- Fill out personal information on registration form (Name, email, salon, address, password) & click CONTINUE.
Your request will receive a email confirming we have received your request. Please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be reviewed.
Once approved, you will receive an email with a link to view our full Education Page.

No worries! Your account is currently being reviewed by our Education Team. While you wait, you can still register for classes and watch our brand education videos. Access to downloadable resources and Train Your Team content will become available once your account has been approved.
To ensure the Education Portal remains an exclusive resource for licensed beauty professionals and Collective Beauty Brands partners, all new registrations are reviewed by our Education Team before access is granted. Most approvals are completed within one business day.
ACCESSING EDUCATION
Finding classes is easy! There are two ways to browse available education:
Option 1: Use the main navigation bar at the top of the page and click on the category you're interested in:
Option 2: Scroll to the Classes & Events section on the homepage and click the Learn More button beneath the category you'd like to explore.
VIRTUAL EDUCATION
After registering for a virtual class, you will receive a confirmation email containing class details and a Microsoft Teams meeting link to join the class on the scheduled date and time.
We recommend saving the confirmation email for easy access on the day of class.
Tip: If you don't see your confirmation email within a few minutes, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
To get the most out of your class, we highly recommend reviewing our Immersion Prework document before attending.
The Immersion Prework includes valuable resources such as:
- Product usage videos
- Information guides
- Charts and reference tables
Completing this Prework before class will help you become familiar with the products and terminology, allowing you to fully participate in the class and get the most from your learning experience.
Tip: You'll find the Immersion Prework in the TRAIN YOUR TEAM section of the portal. If your account is still pending approval, downloadable resources will become available once your registration has been approved by the Education Team.
No worries! If you're unable to attend a class you've registered for, simply register for the next available session. We offer classes regularly, so you'll have another opportunity to join and continue your education journey.
Not at this time. Our virtual classes are held live so you can ask questions, interact with the educator, and receive real-time support throughout the class. We encourage you to attend the live session to get the most valuable learning experience.
However, our XPERT Meet-Ups are recorded. You can watch past XPERT Meet-Up recordings anytime by scrolling to the bottom of the Education homepage, where you'll find our library of recorded sessions available on demand.
DOWNLOADING RESOURCES
Please Note: Downloadable education assets are available only to approved users. If your account is awaiting approval, you'll still be able to register for classes and watch brand videos, but download access will be available once your registration has been been approved.
Downloadable education resources are reserved for approved Education Portal users. If your account is still pending approval, you'll be able to browse classes, register for education, and watch brand videos, but downloads will remain unavailable until your account has been approved.
