With over 23 years of experience in the salon industry, Therese Snow has seamlessly blended her passion for education and beauty to create impactful learning experiences for stylists and colorists. As the Director of Educator Development and Curriculum Design for Collective Beauty Brands, she is dedicated to advancing the skills and knowledge of educators in the field ensuring successful educational experiences for the CBB Network.

Before stepping into her current role, Therese lead her salon team to be one of the most sought after Salons in Arlington, Va. As a Master Colorist, she honed her technical skills and cultivated a deep understanding of the industry’s dynamics. Her journey into education began in graduate school, where she taught English, igniting a lifelong commitment to teaching and mentorship. This foundation has allowed her to develop comprehensive training programs that emphasize technical skill, theory, culture and leadership, empowering and inspiring educators and stylists alike.
